The accommodation wing of the bed and breakfast follow the drive up to the private entrance via a private courtyard. Protecting our environment is important to us and we are sustainable where possible.

We have invested in top quality beds with duvets and pillows made of goose down and feather. The bed linen is 100% cotton and 1000 thread count.
Our second option is two single king sized beds with the shared bathroom. We offer a 2 bedroom suite. If you have more than two in your party please contact us for accommodation options as this additional room is available.

Check in is from 3-6pm and check out by 10am. Damage Policy - our guests accept responsibility for damage & breakages caused by them. Repairs or replacement will be charged to the guests via credit card. Privacy policy - we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and under no circumstances will the details of guests be shared. Property policy includes no smoking, no sharing or illegal downloading of copyrighted materials, CCTV operates. T&Cs on website - mandatory agreement.
On booking 100% payment is required. Bookings are refundable less a booking fee, when the booking is cancelled before 7 days of arrival.
Our bed and breakfast provides a place to relax, chill out & recharge and have a home away from home for a few days in a quiet rural setting. It can be a base for exploring Kapiti Island experience with departures by boat a 15 minute drive to the departure point. Enjoy the 40km of beaches on the Kapiti Coast with many artists and galleries. A great opportunity awaits to sample the wide variety of eating out options from quality cafes to upmarket restaurants. We are a 1 hour trip on the rail network into Wellington city. Our B&B can be used as a stopover either to/from the Cook Strait ferry. We are members of the Bed & Breakfast Association of New Zealand & this means we are quality assessed & meet the standards set by this association.
