All pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery provided plus basic pantry items including tea, coffee sugar. Warm and cosy double glazed, solar hot water, and two heat/ AC pumps for year round comfort. Huge sliding doors lead to covered patio/ deck ideal for al fresco dining and relaxation. Free ultra fast (316bps) broadband, stereo, books, games, Smart Panasonic TV with apps. Three hole mini putt golf in the backyard. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer and under cover area for drying and MTBs. Off street parking in a quiet neighborhood with lovely nature walks nearby and to Lake Rotorua beach.
