Free ultra fast (316bps) broadband, stereo, books, games, Smart Panasonic TV with apps. Three hole mini putt golf in the backyard. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer and under cover area for drying and MTBs. Off street parking in a quiet neighborhood with lovely nature walks nearby and to Lake Rotorua beach.
