Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
Kayu Casa has a spacious open plan lounge with dining area and well equipped kitchen. These spaces are filled with natural light. The master bedroom features a queen size and very comfortable bed with high quality Citta Design linen. The bathroom features a shower (no bath) and full laundry facilities. The Kayu Studio showroom adjacent to the apartment is accessible to guests where a meeting room is available for booking (availability dependent), there is coffee and quiet places to enjoy and work if needed. A short walk to central Mount Maunganui, shopping, entertainment and restaurants are at your doorstep.
