Payment Policy Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (2.9% credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice. Child Policy The guest who books must be 25 years of age.
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
Kayu Casa has a spacious open plan lounge with dining area and well specced kitchen. These spaces are filled with natural light. The master bedroom features a queen size and very comfortable bed with high quality Citta linen. The bathroom features a shower (no bath) and full laundry facilities. The Kayu Studio showroom adjacent to the apartment is accessible to guests where a meeting room is available for booking (availability dependant), there is coffee and quiet places to enjoy and work if needed. A short walk to central Mount Maunganui, shopping, entertainment and restaurants are at your doorstep.
