All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Rent-A-Tent Limited at insert email address. Rent-A-Tent Limited retains a confirmation fee of NZD 50 for all cancellations. Additionally: Cancellation with more than 14 days' notice: 90% refund Cancellation with 6 days' notice: 50% refund Cancellation with less than 6 days' notice: No refund will be issued.
