All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Rent-A-Tent Limited at info@rent-a-tent.co.nz Rent-A-Tent Limited retains a confirmation fee of NZD $50 for all cancellations and the merchant transaction fee (3.8% per transaction). Additionally: Cancellation with more than 14 days' notice: 80% refund Cancellation between 14 - 8 days' notice: 50% refund Cancellation with less than 8 days' notice: No refund will be issued.
