IF booked direct: If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before arrival you will receive a full refund of monies paid. A 50% cancellation fee applies for bookings cancelled between 3 and 7 days before arrival. No refund will be provided for cancellations within 3 days of arrival or no shows.
