About

Nestled in the MacKenzie high country, The Wrinkly Rams is a destination worth the drive. Highlighting the High country sheep farming and shearing culture-come and eat the meat pies, see the historic shearing shed images, feed the sheep & baby merino lambs (in season) and hear the farming stories from locals. All in one place. The Wrinkly Rams is an all in one stop worth making. Inside the shop you can browse a huge collection of fine merino wool & possum merino garments, pounamu jewellery, and artisan skincare - all proudly made (or sourced from) Aotearoa, New Zealand. Stay for a coffee at our café, and in season, try hand-feed our sheep & lambs for an experience the kids (and adults) will never forget. Authentic natural New Zealand
