Helicopter flights and equipment rental may be an additional charge.
NZ$1,000 deposit per person confirms your booking. Full payment must be made 45 days before commencement date. All clients are required to complete a skills questionnaire prior to booking on a trip.
It is strongly recommended that you have comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation notified more than 45 days prior to trip: Aspiring Guides will retain 50% of deposit fee. Cancellation notified between 31-45 days prior to trip: Aspiring Guides will retain 50% of the total trip cost. Cancellation notified 30 days or less prior to trip: No refund.
