A minimum of 2 persons or 2 full priced seats are required when booking any of our scenic flights. For parties of 2 who wish to guarantee a private flight, a third seat on the helicopter requires purchasing. If you are booking for 3 or more passengers, for a flight to be private we must be notified at the time of booking. Minimum numbers don’t apply for charter flights.
Flight times indicated for any flights are an estimate and can vary depending on conditions and landing times. There is no guarantee your flight will go for the time stated. The duration outlined for your flight indicates the maximum time you may be out, including safety briefing and helicopter loading/unloading. Allow up to this amount of time but be aware that flights may be shorter than times indicated for various reasons, including route changes at pilot's discretion.
If your cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances and: More than 24 hours notice is given, no payment will be taken from your card. Less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% payment will be taken from your card If no notice is given and you do not show up for your flight 100% payment will be taken from your card.
