We will refund: 100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival. 80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival. 50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 30-60 days prior to your arrival. The garage is only available for storage such as skis and sporting equipment. No vehicles can park in the garage. There is ample space on the driveway and in the visitors parking for cars. The outdoor fire cannot be used if there a total fire ban in the area. Please check before you light. Cot & highchair are available for hire if required - please ask.
