Booking Confirmation: To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit 30 days prior to your arrival, or upon booking if less than 30 days Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your check-in date. No Shows: Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date will be charged the full amount of the booking. Check-in time: 3 PM Check-out time: 12 PM Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Base policy: 14-day and 30-day cancellation windows Travellers who cancel 30 days or more before 6:00 PM NZST on the day of check-in are charged no fee. Travellers who cancel between 30 and 14 days before 6:00 PM NZST on the day of check-in are charged 50% of the booking amount. Travellers who cancel less than 14 days before 6:00 PM NZST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.
