Late Arrivals: To ensure the punctuality of our tours, we cannot delay departure for late arrivals. If you arrive after the scheduled tour time, you may miss the tour without a refund or rescheduling option. Tour Modifications: Tio Ōhiwa reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Free cancellations are available up to two weeks (14 days) before your scheduled tour date. Cancellations made 14 days prior to the booking will be eligible for a full refund and/or free rescheduling. Cancellations made between 72 days and 24 hours prior to the booking will be eligible for a 50% partial refund or free rescheduling to an alternative date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
