Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore in the event that part or all of a confirmed booking is cancelled we must apply the following charges: 30 days + prior to confirmed date - 25% of total charges. 30 - 14 days prior to confirmed date - 50% of total charges. 14 days or less - 100% of total charges. We highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance which would protect against unexpected changes to your travel agenda.

Four luxurious & very romantic suites offer ultimate privacy, comfort & peace, designed for that utmost indulgence. Generous sized ensuites include double baths, double wash basins & separate walk-in showers, opening out to the vines & optimising views.
Included is a 3-course breakfast using the best fresh local & seasonal produce. A bottle of Takatu’s wine and a NZ cheese board is gifted upon arrival. A gourmet platter for two is an optional extra.
