Ulva Island guided walk: family friendly gently paced walk - trails are undulating & include several sets of sturdy steps (many without hand rails). One (optional) steep/short climb. Sufficient mobility required to step from wharf to boat. Kiwi spotting: takes place in the dark - conditions can be muddy/slippery and uneven ground. Not suitable for children, or those with walking difficulties or hearing/visual impairments. Outdoor activities take place in a dynamic, natural environment.

Join us for a memorable evening to see if we can spot one of the largest of New Zealand's iconic kiwi species, the Stewart Island Brown Kiwi (Tokoeka) within the Mamaku Point Conservation Reserve. A world class ecological preserve, Mamaku Point is a thriving habitat for native flora and fauna including a population of Stewart Island Brown Kiwi.
