All eBike riders will need to read and sign a Waiver prior to departure. All eBike riders must wear a helmet, hi-vis vests are also supplied and are optional. All eBike riders must wear appropriate footwear, no jandals or sandals please. eBike riders must be free from alcohol and drugs prior and during their rides.
If you have booked directly with us or through a booking agent you can cancel up to 1 hour prior to departure, you will receive a full refund ( you do not need a reason to cancel ). After this point, there are no refunds. A 100% fee will be charged in the following events: Client failure to check-in at the scheduled time ( 15 minutes prior to departure ). Cancellation within 1 hour of departure.
