Dog Charge - $30 per dog per stay.
The following cancellation policies apply to booking directly with us. A cancellation fee of $25.00 applies per Cottage/Cabin/site cancelled to all cancelled bookings. High/ Peak Season From 20th December to the end of February & Long Weekends (Easter, Labour, King's Birthday, Anzac Day, Matariki). Low / Mid Season From 1st March to 19th December (except the Long weekends) Refund of deposit will be made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date in the Low/ Mid Season. Less a $25 cancellation fee.

Explore our private trails on our farm either mountain biking or hiking lose yourself in the tranquility of spring-fed creeks, marvel at the starlit sky on clear nights, or witness our sheep and cattle thriving in their natural habitat. Our place offers a diverse range of experiences for all ages and preferences in accommodation. Our connection to this land runs deep with a 6 generational legacy.
