The following cancellation policies apply to booking directly with us. A cancellation fee of $50.00 applies per Cottage/Cabin/site cancelled to all cancelled bookings. High/ Peak Season From 20th December to the end of February & Long Weekends (Easter, Labour, King's Birthday, Anzac Day, Matariki). Low / Mid Season From 1st March to 19th December (except the Long weekends) Refund of deposit will be made up to 14 days prior to the arrival date in the Low/ Mid Season. Less a $25 cancellation fee.
