Cancellation Policy A $25.00 administration fee will be deducted from all deposits refunded due to cancellations. Deposit refunds are only guaranteed if the reservation is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellation within 48 hours will attract a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the deposit paid. All no shows will be charged an automatic 100% of the first nights stay fee to there credit card. Any change to a reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply.An extension to a stay is subject to room availability.Early departure may result in full period being charged unless the room can be relet. Check-in time after 2.00pm, check-out Time 10am or before. Early check-in and or late check-out by arrangement only.
