All bookings require full name, address and phone number, and a deposit of one night's stay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or Direct Credit. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received. Payment in full is to be made on arrival (we are unable to accept personal cheques) and no refunds will be issued for early departure or reduction in booking numbers.
All cancellations will incur a NZ$20.00 fee per unit/site to cover administration costs.
For cancellations less than 10 days prior to check-in date, the deposit will be refunded only if we are able to relet the accommodation, and less the NZ$20.00 administration fee.
