We will require credit card details to secure your booking. You have 24 hrs before the expected day of arrival to cancel your booking. One night's accommodation will be charged to your credit card if you fail to cancel and/ or fail to show. In the event of a late cancellation every effort will be made to sell the room and you will only be responsible for the cost if this is unsuccessful. 1 week cancellation is required for long Weekends and Public Holiday's. 2 weeks cancellation is required for Conference Venue.
