When a cancellation is received within 30 days of your intended arrival date, we will retain 25% of the room cost; 20 days, 75%; and 100% if less than 10 days notice is given. Every effort will be made to re-book the room and, if successful, the fee will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $ 20. Special conditions apply for Group cancellations.
