If an accommodation booking is cancelled by the agent/guest 24 hours prior to check-in (at 2pm) there will be no cancellation fee incurred. If an accommodation booking is cancelled by the agent/guest with-in 24 hours prior to check-in (at 2pm) the first night’s accommodation will be charged. If the accommodation is not cancelled and the guest fails to show, the first nights accommodation will be charged.
