Bluff Hill BnB is tucked away in the lush and green Sturm's Gully, a reserve near Bluff Hill Look out not far from CBD. We have a little cottage (renovated 2013) build around 1900's and the suite (renovated and opened February 2022).

Prices may vary over festival weekends
If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If you are visiting Napier and want to stay close to town, but away from the crowd, and feel you are in a lush green park, we invite you to come and stay with us. Bluff Hill Bed & Breakfast is tucked away in the beautiful Sturm’s Gully, Bluff Hill Domain. You can hear the Tui, Woodpigeon (kereru) and the morepork (ruru) amongst the many birds.
There are also walking tracks that lead up to Bluff Hill Lookout or down to the waterfront (Ahuriri, a historic fishing village or Napier CBD) for your enjoyment. In the mornings we serve a European style breakfast in the main house. The house is built in 1928. The breakfast room has folding windows and amazing view over the tree tops. You can enjoy our swimming pool or relax on our sunny deck.
