This tour requires a reasonable level of fitness. It is not suitable for persons with limited mobility or fitness concerns, children under 5 years, wheelchairs, or prams/strollers. The total walking distance is approx. 1.5km. Guests with heart conditions, respiratory conditions, balance issues, recent injuries, or other medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate should carefully consider their suitability for this tour and contact us prior to booking.
We will provide a refund or credit for cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled start time, or for no-shows. If your tour is cancelled by us for any reason, we will attempt to reschedule your tour to another suitable day. If this is not possible, we will provide a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour, cruise, service, or price.
