Children must be supervised by an adult. Please be aware that the tour's start time depends on Hot Water Beach's tide. Please advise of any dietary requirements you may have at the time of booking. Kindly note that the final pickup time and location will be confirmed by the tour operator (Auckland & Beyond Tours) within 24 hours prior to the tour.
Cancellation policy (Private Tours) In the event you have purchased a Private tour and subsequently wish to cancel it, Auckland & Beyond Tours may refund your booking at its sole discretion, in which event you will be charged a cancellation fee as follows: a. 7 – 10 days prior to the date of the tour – 25% of your ticket plus any booking fees and charges. b. 4 – 6 days prior to the date of the tour – 50% of your ticket plus any booking fees and charges. c. 72 hours or less will be charged 100%.
