I willingly acknowledge and accept all the risks involved during this kayaking tour. The risks are drowning or Hypothermia and potential tripping hazards. I will take total responsibility for any children under the age of 18 who accompany me. I take total responsibility for my personal property (including cameras). I acknowledge that kayaking on the sea can be a dangerous activity which could lead to personal injury or death and that I will follow any instructions given by the tour guide.
We understand that plans change and that things happen. This is our base line cancellation policy 2 weeks prior to departure 50% cancellation fee 1 week prior to departure 75% cancellation fee 48 hrs prior to departure no refund If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather there will be a $2 booking fee fee only.
