I willingly acknowledge and accept all the risks involved during this kayaking tour. The risks are drowning or Hypothermia and potential tripping hazards. I will take total responsibility for any children under the age of 18 who accompany me. I take total responsibility for my personal property (including cameras). I acknowledge that kayaking on the sea can be a dangerous activity which could lead to personal injury or death and that I will follow any instructions given by the tour guide.

Covid Policy: We understand that covid can get in the way of plans. We will happily refund or transfer your booking if you have to change your plans due to Covid. We understand that plans change and that things happen. This is our base line cancellation policy 2 weeks prior to departure 50% cancellation fee 1 week prior to departure 75% cancellation fee 48 hrs prior to departure no refund If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather there will be a 5% administration fee only.
