I willingly acknowledge and accept all the risks involved during this kayaking tour. The risks are drowning or hypothermia and potential tripping hazards. I will take total responsibility for any children under the age of 18 who accompany me. I take total responsibility for my personal property (including cameras). I acknowledge that kayaking on the sea can be a dangerous activity. Please let our friendly guides know if you have any pre existing medical conditions that may affect the tour.

Cancellation Policy angle-down

We do understand that things do happen and we will work with you, but here is our base line policy. 2 weeks prior to departure 50% cancellation fee. 1 week prior to departure 75% cancellation fee. 48 hrs prior to departure no refund. If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather there will be a 5% administration fee only.

Tata Islands provide a breathtaking backdrop as you launch your kayak from the golden sands of Tata Beach, straight into the Abel Tasman National Park. Motu and Ngawhiti Islands (Tata Islands) are home to New Zealand's largest and busiest shag colony, seals lazily watching you paddle by and if you are very lucky you will get to meet a Korora, Blue Penguin. Our friendly and knowledgeable guides will fill you in on local tales and the history of the Abel Tasman National Park and surrounding area as well as spotting the local wildlife. No previous experience is required. We cater for all ages and paddling abilities in our stable double kayaks. A pre trip safety briefing makes your trip fun and enjoyable.
