Golden Bay Kayaks 2 Hour Tour

I willingly acknowledge and accept all the risks involved during this kayaking tour. The risks are drowning or Hypothermia and potential tripping hazards. I will take total responsibility for any children under the age of 18 who accompany me. I take total responsibility for my personal property (including cameras). I acknowledge that kayaking on the sea can be a dangerous activity. Please let our friendly guides know if you have any pre existing medical conditions that may affect the tour.

We do understand that things do happen and we will work with you, but here is our base line policy. On completion of the booking there will be a 30% booking fee in the case of cancellation. 2 weeks prior to departure 50% cancellation fee. 1 week prior to departure 75% cancellation fee. 48 hrs prior to departure no refund. If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather there will be a 5% administration fee only.
