Rotorua Canopy Tours is an adventure activity that has risks and the potential to encounter hazards due to the nature of the activity and the unpredictable natural environment in which the tour operates. Specific hazards and risks include but are not limited to vehicle accidents, falls from height, zipline collisions, entanglement in equipment, slips and falls, falling debris, staff errors, suspension trauma, exposure to typical New Zealand conservation practices.
Rotorua Canopy Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour if conditions deem it unsafe to operate. Unfortunately, we can not take customers who weigh more than 120kg. Children must be at least 10 years of age to come on the Ultimate Canopy Tour. If you have children 6-10 years old that can fly on the award-winning Original Canopy Tour.
