Cancellation notice is required sixty (60) days prior to departure of the trip. If cancellation occurs within sixty days of departure, there is a cancellation fee of eighty percent (80%) of your paid deposit or your deposit may be transferred to another Alpine Horse Safari of equal or greater value, that trip to be taken in the same season. If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of departure and you do not wish to transfer as aforementioned, the full amount.
