Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. Alterations to reservations at special event times may result in the whole reservation being cancelled.

B-Ks Motor Lodge is Palmerston North's newest motel, five minutes walk to the CBD, two minutes walk to restaurants and cafes. Across the road from one of the entrances to Arena Manawatu and show grounds.
We have 35 luxury spacious suites, free internet use, Smart TVs, recliner chairs, Nespresso coffee machines, some with spa baths, some with air-conditioning.
One bedroom units inter-connect to a studio unit to make a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms, one shower and one spa bath style.
All units have bathroom heaters. Gym and sauna on site. Cooked and continental breakfasts are available via room service.
Five minutes drive to Awapuni race course and trotting club. Go carts, tenpin bowling and gardens etc all in close proximity.
