Child rates apply for 15 years and under. Family rates are based on 2 adults/2 children. Infants under 3 years aren't permitted on jet boat for safety reasons. Infants under 3 years travel free on rail cart potion of the tour.
For safety reasons under 3's are not permitted on jet boat experiences.
If for any reason you cancel your experience, while we can't refund the deposit, we will keep it on file so you can use it again if you book another date with us or you can transfer it to another experience. Forgotten World Adventures are experts in guided experiences throughout New Zealand’s seldom seen but spectacular region known as the Forgotten World. Each of our 6 unique tours includes an iconic rail cart journey along the now decommissioned Stratford-Okahukura heritage railway. The Rail River Combo is the ideal experience for those wishing to discover the Forgotten World by land and from the water, learning about the region's special cultural and pioneering heritage whilst kicking back and enjoying the epic scenery. Travel along 42km of the line and 23km of the majestic Whanganui River. Enjoy a rail-side picnic at the old rural community of Tokirima and indulge in some traditional Kiwi home-baking. Transfers included. 8am or 10am tours.
