Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up until 72 hours prior to departure. For private bookings, cancellations received more than 7 days before the booked start time will be refunded in full. Cancellations received between 7 days and 72 hours before the booked start time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received within 72 hours of the booked start time, or no shows on the day, will not receive any refund.
