Customers must give at least 5 days notice when cancelling their bookings or reducing numbers of the group to receive a refund. In the event that an activity is cancelled by The Playground due to weather (or other operational requirements) the ticket price will be refunded. The Playground reserves the right to cancel or postpone bookings at its sole discretion and if needed will refund the ticket purchase price if a booking is cancelled or postponed by us.

Can you work together? Have 2 teams of either 5, 6 or 7 people or if you have more, set up a mini competition. This is a game that everyone can enjoy, even the little ones (who are over 120cm tall) can get in there and have a go. This is great for team building, or just when a laugh or two is in need.
