Park Direct Bookings: A booking is confirmed once the customer’s verbal or written confirmation is given. An email (if the customer provides an email address) will be sent to the customer confirming the details of their booking. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. All online reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A cancellation fee of $20 applies to all cancelled bookings. Accommodation cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged for period booked unless it can be relet. For online bookings, all cancellations must be made via TOP10 online reservation system using your reservation confirmation number. A 75% refund will apply to cancellations 72 hours or more before arrival date. No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date. Early departure will get no refunds.

Onsite facilities include BBQ's, well equipped kitchens, guest lounge, Wi-Fi, SKY TV, games room, sports facilities and of course the rivers where you can fish, swim or hire a tube and float in the warmer months. Join our famous Guided Night Forest Walk which leaves the Park every evening subject to weather, or visit the Kai Iwi Lakes and the Waipoua Forest during the day, they are less than a 30 minute drive away.
