No smoking allowed on property. Properties is not accessible friendly as there are stairs and no elevators. Children above ages 10 years only. Owners live on property with a small friendly dog and free range chickens.

King's View Lodge is a purpose built luxury boutique accommodation, providing self catered studio accommodation in Northland, New Zealand. We offer all seasons holiday accommodation for the discerning traveler with 2 modern en-suite studio rooms, opening directly onto a lounging deck, spa pool (hot tub) and swimming pool. Each room can accommodate 2-3 people in one queen and one single bed. Our Twin Room accommodates 2 people in 2 single beds. Our lodge can host up to 8 people if all 3 rooms are booked.
Quality furniture, linen and bedding. En-suite, robes, Netflix, free wireless internet. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Spa pool and swimming pool and BBQ. Guest laundry. Owners live on the property in the upper two levels.
