About

One Fyfe Beach Bach is a beautifully renovated coastal retreat in Waihi Beach, at the northern end of the Bay of Plenty. Soft whites, warm greys and golden rimu floors run throughout; open-plan living with Nespresso, DishDrawer, streaming, an open fire for winter and blackout curtains for weekend sleep-ins. Sleeps seven, plus a baby in a travel cot: one king, one double, three singles. Nine kilometres of golden sand is a short flat walk away, with the Orokawa Bay trailhead about ten minutes on foot and Karangahake Gorge 25 minutes drive inland. Village cafes, surf-club fish and chip nights, Waihi town and Spike's LEGO all within easy reach. Tauranga 45 to 50 minutes and Auckland 2.5 hours via State Highway 2 (SH2).
