If you cancel or change your booking more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour, any payment made can be refunded minus a $10 administration charge, or credited to another scheduled tour. If you cancel or change your booking within 48 hours of the tour, you will not be entitled to a refund. If we cancel the tour due to safety concerns, or in extreme circumstances, we will refund your payment in full.
