Cabins may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to stay without charge. Bookings cancelled within the 7 days are charged at 100%. If a booking is shortened after arrival, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
Escape to the countryside & relax in one of Flat Hills' five pods or cottage, located in the heart of Rangitīkei, just off State Highway 1 (SH1). Our pod options include three family pods (sleeping up to four guests with a queen loft bed & two single beds), one queen pod & one king pod. Each pod offers a warm, cosy space to unwind while enjoying views of the surrounding farmland & rolling hills. We also have a self contained cottage. Visit our friendly farm animals, enjoy homemade meals & coffee at our café, wander the grounds, or simply soak up the peaceful rural atmosphere. Flat Hills is an ideal stopover between Wellington and Taupō or a unique destination for families, couples & travellers seeking a genuine New Zealand experience.
