Check in is at 2pm or after. Please let us know your expected arrival time. Check out is at 10am. Late checkout by arrangement. 2.2 Breakfast foods are provided and can be refreshed if ingredients run low. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances and bedding needs. The nearest town is Wellsford 15kms from the house or approx 15 mins drive. Information re local attractions is detailed in the Guest Directory. Safety guidelines apply for farm tour and activities.
20% deposit is required upon reservation. In case of cancellation between the reservation and 5 days before the stay the full deposit will be refunded. Cancellation within 48 hours of stay will result in 50% of payment being refunded. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the reserved date will result in the forfeit of all monies paid. No credit can be given for late arrival or early departure. Cancellation due to weather - the above policies apply.

Radcliffe Cottage at Waitapu Farms is self-catering accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedroom cottage offers a cosy retreat for up to 6 people. Enjoy local tastes with complimentary wine, coffee and chocolates, plus complete comfort with all linen and towels supplied.
With a sunny deck and views across our picturesque valley, the only rush hour traffic will be our peaceful cows who may occasionally meander past.
Guests keen to know more about farming and rural living in New Zealand are welcome to explore the farm and visit the milking shed by prior arrangement.
