The base rate for the apartment is for 2 people. Extra people cost $25/person/night
No children in the B&B rooms. Children of any age allowed in the Apartment. Cot and cot bedding provided for $25 flat rate. No pets allowed. Please note we have a cat. We are a completely smoke-free house. We ask for a quiet house between 11 pm & 7 am.
Full payment required if cancellation made in the 7-day period prior to the arrival date. 10% deposit generally required on booking.
The ensuited B&B rooms are on the first floor with stair/lift access. One has a queen bed (Matipo) and the other a king (Pukehangi). Both rooms have balconies with outdoor furniture and wide views of Rotorua. Other facilities include: tea/coffee making facilities, aircon/heating and a fridge. Choose from a menu and build your own sumptuous breakfast. The self-catering apartment is downstairs and has its own entrance. It has two double bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements, a living area/kitchenette, and bathroom/laundry. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people and children are welcome. Note breakfast is not included. There is free WIFI and access to Netflix throughout the accommodation and free off-street parking.
