From the time of your booking we securely hold your credit card details to confirm your booking. We do not process any payment on your card prior to arrival. We require 72 hours notice if you'd like to cancel your booking (7 days in peak times). If for any reason, you cancel your booking within this 72 hour period, or if you fail to arrive without a minimum of 72 hours notice with your intention to cancel, your credit card will be charged in full.
