You need to weigh between 27kgs (60lbs) and 125kgs (276lbs) and be a minimum of 122cm (4ft) tall. Children under 13 years of age must be accompanied by someone aged 16 or older. You can’t be pregnant or suffer from any heart condition, have any broken, fractured or recently dislocated bones or have any previous back or neck conditions.
Yes you can cancel and get a full refund up to 24 hours of your scheduled booking. Within 22 hours of your scheduled booking your booking is non-refundable, but you can move your booking for a $25 per person fee. Within 2 hours of your scheduled booking, no refunds and rebook will be given.
