Booking Fees.
If a reservation is cancelled between the date of booking confirmation and 31 days prior to the Arrival date, the deposit shall be retained by us. Peak Periods cancellations must be made 60 days prior. If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less prior to the Arrival date, you will be liable for the total cost of accommodation for your stay. In the event of a cancellation, an administration fee of $250.00 plus GST, plus charges incurred by MajorDomo Ltd to cover processing related costs.
The Paddock's interiors feature high ceilings, timber floors and floor-to-ceiling windows framing dramatic mountain views. The open plan living area centres on a gas fireplace, chef's kitchen with dual ovens, butler's pantry and island seating. A media room and covered patio with BBQ and log burner add flexibility for groups. The master suite includes a Super King bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with freestanding bath. A second ensuite bedroom and two further King or Twin rooms share a large bathroom, with a spa pool on the adjoining deck. A workspace, full laundry and garage with games room complete the picture. Minutes from Coronet Peak and a short drive to Arrowtown and Queenstown, an exceptional base for skiing, hiking and exploring.
