Guests wishing to stay must be over 25 to book. The person booking must stay at the house. No drones allowed at this property. No Parties / Hens or Bucks groups. This house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood - not suitable for parties or too much noise. No smoking in any part of the house. No pets allowed. Rubbish bins must be put out at the bottom of the driveway (on Speargrass Flat Road) on Wednesday night for Thursday morning collection
We will refund 100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival. 80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival. 50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 30 – 60 days prior to your arrival. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival. * excluding any credit card fees Ask about our Covid cancellation policy.
The house has beautiful views to the mountains and Lake Hayes can be seen at certain times of the year. Guests are welcome to use the outdoor games & play equipment but the owners are not responsible for any injury due to using these items. If the owners have their car at the property we will move it out of the garage and put it in the carport - if this occurs the carport will not be available for guest parking. We use professional cleaners and hired linen. You are a short drive to the quaint village of Arrowtown and the numerous offerings of the immediate area. Mora Winery (previously Akarora) is just down the road so you can pop down for a lazy lunch or a morning coffee. Coronet Ski Field is only a 20 minute drive away.
