We understand plans can change. Due to our bespoke/customised itineraries we do require payment at time of booking. If you need to cancel, we’ll try to rebook, subject to availability. Booking fees are non-refundable. Cancel 72 hours before your tour for a full refund minus a $50 administration charge. Within 48-24 hours, we will refund 50% of your booking. There is no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. This policy helps us maintain quality and availability for all guests.
