Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following charges: Cancellations after confirmation and before 60 days from travel date: deposits are forfeited. Cancellations between 60 and 15 days prior to travel date: 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations less than 14 days before travel date: 100% of the total booking cost. In addition to the cancellation fees, all cancellation fees levied by suppliers on us for late cancellation will be passed on.
